Windermere Cup 2025 Men's Masters 60+ 8+ Cox Recording
Opening Day/Windermere Cup, May 4th, 2025 Montlake Cut/Portage Bay Ancient Mariners Rowing Club 1st place 6:52.82 Bainbridge Island Ancient Mariners Mt. Baker Sammamish Association I look back on this race with fond memories... it was a very overwhelming race, so I'm glad I managed to keep my cool and hold my crew to what they needed, and gave them the information necessary to win. For what it's worth, although I wish I had more calmness and focus in my calls, given the situation, I feel like I did what was necessary to rile up my crew and sprint from 2 seats down at the 1k mark to a half a length of open win. Super exciting location to race in.
